I've been meaning to post this for awhile. Over the summer "rising second-graders" had two required books to prep them for the upcoming school year. We were diligent about it. Max was focused, even though he said the books were boring. Mark and I were thinking that when school started there was going to be a major Ben Franklin thesis. Five weeks into the year, the teacher finally gets around to Ben's broke ass and the assignment basically consisted of some fill-in-the blank dittos ('memba dittos, y'all?). Anyway, Max's answers were genius, of course. Check 'em out below (click on the image to make it bigger).Sunday, October 19, 2008

Max is a genius! And clearly a future editor. His answers are short and to the point. Hey, Ben Franklin IS dead and we're not!
